<<BACKTERMS OF SERVICE/GUILDLINESI sell stickers that I have made on my own, these are my unique designs, copying/reselling my stickers are prohibited.
I only sell these stickers through KoFi, if you see my stickers being sold anywhere else, that is not my shop.These stickers are handmade, so there will be slight imperfections. Payment is through Stripe/Paypal in USD.Shipping fees are applied to the order. The prices listed in the reference images are without added fees.Buyers are required to contact me after purchasing a product to let me know which specific designs they would like (if the customer is not buying the set).
If I receive no message from the customer after 2-3 days after their purchase / before I ship out the product, the customer will end up with randomly chosen designs.
I will reach out to the customer once before I ship out the product to confirm their design choices.Partial refunds are only possible if the product has arrived damaged. The refund percentage will vary depending on how much damage there is.Full refunds are not possible after the product has been shipped. Customers will not receive a new product after cancellation and/or refund. Except, and ONLY IF, the product the customer has ordered is damaged beyond usage (multiple stickers damaged), I will resend the same design(s) free of extra charge (This will require photo evidence).Cancellations are accepted before I ship out the product, after it has been shipped out, cancellation is not possible. I will always wait 2-3 days before I ship out any products incase the customer decides to cancel. Customers will receive a full refund if they cancel on time.Customers are required to send me photo evidence of the damaged product if they are needing a refund. Otherwise, I will not issue a refund since I do not have evidence that they have received a damaged product.Faking damages on stickers to get a refund/using ai to falsify damage will not be accepted.If the customer never receives the product after a long time (2+ months), a 90% refund will be issued.I will not issue a refund if the product is not to the customer's liking. This is not a valid reason for a refund since I have provided reference images to show customers what each product will look like!I encourage potential buyers to reach out if they are unsure of the quality of my stickers. I am happy to provide additional reference images.Delivery time is not always guaranteed to arrive during the estimated time. Once I ship out the product, it is completely out of my hands. North American deliveries are estimated to arrive within 2-8+ days. International deliveries are estimated to arrive within 1-4+ weeks.Once I am able to confirm that the payment has come through and is available in my account, I will ship the product. This may take up to a day to multiple days, I will be in touch with the customer once I am able to ship the product or if there are any issues.I require a valid shipping address in order to complete the customer's order. If I do not have a valid address, I will cancel the order and refund the customer.If the customer's order looks suspicious in any way, I will cancel the order myself, and issue a full refund if payment has already gone through.
